JOB TITLE:FUNDI SANIFU DARAJA LA II (UMEME WA MAGARI - AUTO ELECTRIC TECHNICIAN) - 4 POST
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Investigate and identify problems with electrical and electronic systems in vehicles / machinery and solve them;
ii. Carrying out electrical / electronic equipment on cars / machinery;
iii. Ensuring safety for employees and property at all times of operation;
iv. Storage and Maintenance of the equipment in which he or she works;
v. Ensuring garage equipment and environment are clean at all times;
vi. To perform the duties assigned to him by his Chief of Staff; and
vii. Conduct research, identify, prepare costs and fix electrical problems in vehicles using the "Auto Diagnostic Machine".
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Must have a Form Six education and graduate from a two-year vocational course in the field of Vehicle Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a Government recognized college, or
• Must have a Form Four education and a three-year qualification in the field of Automotive / Mechanical Engineering from a Government recognized college, or
• Have a Form Four education and a Technical Test Certificate Phase I (Trade Test I) in the field of Vocational Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a Government recognized college;
• Have at least three (3) years of experience in repairing electrical / electronic systems in small and large vehicles / machinery in a registered garage / garage;
• Be hardworking, confident and able to work independently
• Experienced in the maintenance of electrical / electronic systems for modern vehicles / machinery will be given priority.
