- Must have certificate in Computer (know how to use Microsoft word,Excel,PowerPoint e.t.c)
- Certificate in Secretary
- Know how to enter data
- Typing speed must be good
DUTIES
- Record all expenses receipt
- Making sure all data are entered correctly
- Submitting all receipt at the end of the month
- To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
