1.Tell me about you self: How do you answer this question. The best tips to answer this question is focus purely on your work abilities, not what you get up to outside of work. 

Use powerful keywords and phrases in you answer such as “I’m hard word working” “Enthusiastic” “Committed” and “Professional”

2. Tell me why we should hire you: The answer for this questions is, “ you should hire me because I will learn the job quickly and I will start contributing positively to the team in as fast as possible” 

3. Why do you want to work for us? The tips for answering this questions are as follows, Focus on tree things when you answer this question, 1. The fact they have exiting plans for the future; 2. The fact they have a strong reputation in the industry; 3. The fact you feel you skills, qualities and attributes will put to good use working for them.

4.  What are your strength, to answer this question make sure you read carefully the job advert and match you strengths one listed there. For example if the job advert asking for a person working with a team, in you answer tell them you have ability to work with the team in the group of people to complete different task, Or for example the key requirement for the job is to deliver custom service tell them you care about customer service etc. Also the great strength to use during this interview question is “Your ability to take on and complete multiple tasks whilst under pressure”. Another great strength is” your ability to always put the customer first and your understand how important customer service is to the success of their company” 

5. What is your Biggest Weakness? To answer this question you should have to be very careful make sure you do actually give weakness, those people who say they don’t have any are not being trustfully because we all have weakness. So when answer this question make sure you do not give weakness that is match for the job description or the personal specification. So you can answer like this, my favorite weakness to give is “I have been criticized before for my inability to say no to people. I’m usually the first person to volunteer to do additional tasks and I sometimes get overloaded with work,” 
6. Where do you see yourself in five (5) years’ time?, This question they ask you because the want to stay with you in the work for a long time, so when answering to this question you have to say you will still be working for their company_ That is very important, say you expect to be competent in the role and well respected by your work colleagues, supervisors and peers. Say you would also be willing to help train up other people in similar roles to yourself due to the length of time you will have been in the position and the experience you would have gained. 

7. Why do you want to leave your current job? Difficult question but there is a simple way to answer this, DO NOT, under any circumstances, criticize or be disrespectful to either your work colleagues or manager. A good this to say is: you’re now ready for news challenge where your skills and qualities will be put to good use. Say you will leave on good terms and with fond memories of the great things you achieved whilst with your previous employer. So you should put yourself in the shoes of interviewers. 

8. When have you delivered excellent customer service? In this question give a specific example of when you have delivered great customer service. Use the STAR technique when constructing you answer to this behavioral interview questions: (SITUATION, TASK, ACTION AND RESULT) 

The sample answer is “Whilst working in a previous job, I helped a customer who was having problems choosing product specific to their needs. I spent time explaining the products we had available and which ones in my opinion, would be most suited to their needs.

9. What would you do if you didn’t get on with someone in your team? In this question, be the better persons and say you would tackle the situation with a view to resolving any conflict quickly. REMEMBER: The aim of your employer must come first and any form of conflict is counter-productive. Look to sort it out quickly. And if you can’t sort out, say you would always act with professionalism at all times and do all you could to get on with the person for the sake of the team. 

10. How do you handle pressure? To answer this question say “I understand that pressure is all part of everyday working life and I actually perform really well whilst under pressure.” 
The best way to work under pressure is to:- 

· Prioritize which tasks are the most important 

· Draw up a list of priority tasks and by what time or date they have to be completed by 

· Work solidity and put in the extra hours to get the task done within the time frames 

11. Why should we hire you? The best way to answer say this “I have read the job description in detail and I strongly believe I have the necessary skills, qualities and attributes to carry out the job to a very high standard. If you hire me, I will work hard to fit into the team so I can start contributing positively in a very quick timescale
