The ongoing construction of the underground tunnel number 3 of the Standard Gauge Railway in Morogoro. The 2,561 KM SGR line is designed to connect the Dar Port to neighbouring countries like Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi and DRC. The project is estimated to cost US$14.2bn.
