What are your greatest strengths?
My greatest strengths are my customer care and self-motivation. Customers always give me positive feedback on how attentive I am to them. Also, with regards to handling my duties and responsibilities, I don’t need a superior to push me to work effectively and efficiently. I work in these ways even without supervision. This has meant I have been able to finish all my assignments on time, while also at a high standard.
Tells us one of your weakness
For a legal officer:
One of my weaknesses is computer programming. I have been curious to know how it is done but it has never been easy for me – specifically struggle with coding. However, I have been trying to learn from my friends how IT experts are, and I think I am getting better slowly but surely
What is your greatest accomplishment?
I consider being team leader in designing a performance management system for ABC Company my greatest accomplishment to date. My leadership skills helped to build morale and keep team members motivated throughout the project. Designing a performance management system for a company with 7 departments and over 200 employees was not straightforward. However, the team received feedback from the company’s leaderships about how effective the system has been
What do you want to leave your current job?
For an IT officer:
I like my current job and the organization I am currently working with but I think my skills will be well utilized if I move to your company given the number of challenging IT projects you undertake’.
When do you see yourself in five years’ time?
Firstly, I am very excited about this position since the company offers the opportunity for career progression. I see myself as a professional with exceptional expertise and experience in the field. Since I am also looking forward to taking managerial responsibilities, I see myself mentoring other junior employees to ensure the company’s survival and sustainability.
How much do you want us to pay you for the job?
Based on my skills, knowledge, experience and the dedication I expect to offer to this job, 2 Million Tshs would be an acceptable amount.
